Where a 19th-century theater once stood, later converted into a cinema, a contemporary residence is now taking shape, blending past and future in a bold yet refined harmony.

Casa Hollywood emerged from the restoration of the original mid-19th-century facade on Via Fiochetto, which has been integrated into a new two-story residential structure. On the opposite side a new building stands out for its double-skin glass facade, composed of bioclimatic greenhouses: a system that ensures sound insulation, thermal comfort, and passive heat recovery, contributing to the achievement of energy class A3. Casa Hollywood establishes a continuous dialogue between form, function, and urban memory, transforming a historical layering into a new living experience.
