Ex Area Vitali

The Ex Area Vitali is the result of the redevelopment of a vast abandoned industrial area, which is set to become a new neighborhood composed of residential units, retail spaces, offices, and hospitality facilities.

The project played a central role during the XX Winter Olympic Games in Turin in 2006, when the entire complex served as the Media Village, hosting over 1,400 journalists from around the world. Following the event, the buildings were repurposed according to the original plan, creating a comprehensive system of functions and services that also includes the Art Hotel Olympic.
