Palazzo Bricherasio

Palazzo Bricherasio dates back to the 17th century and is one of the most significant historic buildings in downtown Turin. The renovation project redefines its identity through a restoration and repurposing initiative designed to house the new headquarters of Banca Patrimoni Sella & C., striking a careful balance between preservation and transformation.

The original decorative elements such as spackle, frescoes, and antique finishes, are preserved and highlighted, interacting with contemporary additions characterized by a minimalist and understated aesthetic. The project establishes a continuous relationship between history and contemporary use, creating spaces that are representative, functional, and consistent with the historical context.
