I Passeggeri

“I Passeggeri” is the new shopping and business center built in Avigliana. The complex consists of five buildings arranged around a central plaza, designed to serve as a connecting element and a gathering place. Two three-story buildings house retail spaces and offices. The complex is completed by two buildings housing a supermarket and a café, offering a functional and diverse range of amenities. The presence of underground and surface parking ensures full accessibility to the center, making it easy for users, visitors, and professionals to use.

This project harmoniously integrates commercial, office, and public spaces, giving the city a contemporary, efficient setting that is well integrated into the urban fabric.
