Overlooking the hills of Chieri, the Rocca di Arignano is being brought back to life through a restoration project that highlights its historical and architectural heritage while introducing new spaces dedicated to education, food culture, and hospitality.

A cooking school specializing in nutrition for those with medical conditions and food intolerances, a restaurant, a café, and spaces dedicated to education and events coexist within the structure, creating a new hub for gathering and sharing. The structural and mechanical/electrical upgrades were carried out in full compliance with historical and architectural constraints, supporting the building’s evolution without altering its original character
