The Molecular Biotechnology Center was established as a facility dedicated to teaching and research, designed to meet the needs of a highly specialized university hub. The project represents one of the first initiatives carried out by the project financing model, integrating financing, design, construction, and management into a single process.

The building is organized around a system of courtyards, in harmony with the area’s historic layout, creating a balanced relationship between new architecture and existing structures. The spaces are designed to accommodate teaching and laboratory activities, with environments engineered to ensure flexibility, efficiency, and quality of use. The result is a structure that combines functional complexity with organizational clarity, introducing an innovative operational model for the development of university infrastructure.
